ATTENTION/ Cancellation Policy:

  • All un-deposited space will be subject to re-call up to 90 days prior to arrival.
  • 89 to 46 days prior to arrival – Deposit of $25.00 per person becomes non-refundable
  • 45 to 31 days prior to arrival – Deposit of $225.00 per person becomes non-refundable
  • 30 to 8 days prior to arrival – 10% of room allocation may be cancelled without penalty. All attrition above 10% will incur full penalty (100%)
  • 7 days prior to arrival – Full penalty (100%) for all cancellations
Full value of stay is charged for the total number of no-shows or cancellations.
